3.2 Acre lot purchase - $435,000 1st TD @ 10.5%

This was a purchase of a lot for development of $340,000.  Two additional SFRs were used as collateral for the down payment. The deed was recorded in 2nd position on those two.  This one took a month to close as their were title issues to overcome and many moving parts.
